HEY

I’M lindy!

I’m a millennial, Jesus-loving ginger wife to an amazing man and mom to 3 kids who’ve moved around more times than I can count. I started a bakery business when the other businesses I did, Didn’t quite work out for me. Life fulfilment and such.. BUT this is a job I can proudly say I’m decent at and I actually enjoy it.

Getting a storefront in our city/state was kind of out of the question because this economy, at least here, is just terrible. So we decided to make it an at-home business. So far, I believe, it has worked out for us. It’s all for the glory of God and not myself.

Best thing I love to make is Cinnamon Rolls!! They’re delicious (in my opinion). I’ve tweaked the recipe quite a few times to get it where it is now. Least favorite…. croissants? I tried making them, and I’ve learned I have no patience! Go figure. Sometimes the treats you get might not be pretty, but they’re delicious. And in my honest opinion, your stomach won’t know if it’s pretty or not.

Honestly, Orlando, Florida. We go to Universal Studios quite a bit. Plus, I’m originally from Florida.
Having sweet treats I feel confident in giving them to my family and friends, knowing what ingredients are in them.

This is the official Hearth & Flour Co. Bakery trailer. Obviously, it is still a work in progress. Now, when we bought this thing back in July of 2025, I figured it would be finished by September/October….. which then became January..February.. And then here we are, mid-March of 2026.

So obviously things didn’t quite go to plan. And here’s why.
